What s week
Suddenly it happens, had some hard weeks in training.
Last thurstday and friday i had two good sessions, the feeling and rytm were back and i felt more positive.
After the friday session some friend came over, we took a spa bath and some beer, realy nice.
Restday saturday, on sunday my plan was to give it go and test 500 m, coach casey adwiced me that i should score my old 1:31.
So happy to do that, 1:28:7 PB
. That gave me a boost, tuesday decided to test 6 km and target to score sub my PB 22:31..... and i did, smashed it and 21:58 is not bad, happy for PB but most for the realy good feeling and solid rowing with control.
