Busy summer

It's been a busy summer. I have celebrated my 50 years birthday and more important, is now married to my love Tinne, will never forget the 20 August, what s day, what a party.
At the moment iam following Casey Clarks 9 week summer plan that ends 4 September. It's great to train together with team Sub 7 indoor rowing club, helps me to push the limits.
Current plan focus on long distance session to build endurance, 4-5 session/week, 40-60 km/week. The plan ends with a 6 km test.

Next phase will take us to a British indoor rowing championship in London 10 December. Aim to be at my best and score sub my PB 2 km, 6:48.Have trained good this summer, not so much gym last month, but a lot of erg.

Feeling good progress, doing the long distance sessions 4-5 seconds faster now, have a stronger and better stroke.

Of course holiday means some beer and crap food, plan is to be realy fit as soon as possible by good eating and hard training.

Tries to have a specified focus on every session, not to many, 2 at the most, breathing, catch, stroke, release, recover, mindset etc.
Planing for a 2 k test before the next plan.
